FalconEye Electronics ships out all orders the same day that the order is received, as long as the order is received by 1:30 PM CST on a business day. If the order comes in after 1:30 PM CST or on a holiday or weekend, the order will ship out the next business day. The FREE shipping option is shipped via USPS and we ship from Austin, TX. Depending upon how close your address is to Austin, TX, will determine how quickly you will receive the shipment. Normally, orders are received within 1-4 business days from date of shipment, but this is not a guarantee. Please see below for more info on shipping times.
You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped and picked up by shipping carrier.
COVID19/HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE
- During the holidays and COVID19, delays may occur in shipping times from USPS and UPS. Usually, all orders arrive in 1-4 business days from date of shipping, however, during the holiday season from Nov 27 through Jan 1 and during COVID19, USPS does have 1-2 day delays in shipping often. FalconEye cannot speed up this shipping time and we do not have any control on if your shipment will arrive on time or delayed by 1-2-3 days. We do our best and we ship out orders quickly, but during COVID19 and holiday seasons, delays may occur.
- USPS picks up everyday from our warehouse around 3 pm. They are supposed to scan all orders as they pick them up, but a small percentage of the orders are not scanned. So when you track the orders, it shows that USPS has not received or scanned the shipment. Unfortunately, this is not accurate because USPS does not scan all shipments. We have contacted USPS many, many times, but they are not good at what they do. 99% or more all shipments arrive, even when it is not scanned, so please be patient
- Rarely does USPS/UPS lose or damage shipments, however, during the holiday & COVID19 season, this does occur more often.
- UPS/FEDEX/USPS/LONESTAR does not GUARANTEE shipping. While most shipments are on time, there are delays that happen from time to time. Even if you choose NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd Day Air, etc, these shipments are NOT guaranteed by any carrier. If there is a delay, UPS/FEDEX/USPS/LoneStar does not offer a refund if they are late and FalconEye cannot offer a refund. If FalconEye made a mistake, we will offer a refund on shipping costs, but if the delay is out of our control and is caused by ANY reason from any carrier, we cannot offer any refund on shipping costs
USA Shipping:
- All orders of $50.00 or greater will receive FREE USPS/UPS Ground 1-3 Day Shipping and orders under $49.99 will have a $5.99 shipping cost for this USPS/UPS Ground 1-3 day Shipping service.
- All orders are being shipped using USPS priority service or UPS Ground from Texas. Orders usually arrives in 1 - 5 business days, depending upon where you are in the USA and how close you are to Texas.
- Falcon will ship most orders via USPS, however, if the cost of shipping is significantly higher, Falcon can ship using UPS.
- If you require UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day or UPS overnight, you can choose this shipping option upon checkout and pay the appropriate additional shipping cost. However, any weekend days or holiday's do not count as a day of shipping if you choose overnight or 2 day shipping. For instance, if you order on Friday and you choose 2 day air, this order would arrive on Tuesday, because Sat and Sun do not count as a shipping day.

For any missing items, damaged items or any other mistakes that we have made or is caused during the shipment of products to customers, if applicable, Falcon must be notified within 3 business days (Mon-Friday) from the date customer received shipment. If Falcon is notified after 3 business days, then Falcon is not responsible for any potential mistakes made by USPS, UPS, or Falcon.
